Service

ZitoAI provides media discovery, provider routing, policy screening, checkout assistance and evidence preservation. Availability depends on provider APIs, credentials, account entitlements and regional restrictions.

Your responsibility

You must provide accurate intended-use information, review the provider’s controlling license, obtain any necessary model, property, trademark, publicity, performance or collecting-society clearances and confirm all payments before Zito records a purchase.

No legal advice

Zito’s classifications and explanations are informational. They are not legal advice, a warranty of non-infringement or a substitute for the provider’s license agreement.

No raw-file redistribution

Zito will not intentionally deliver a raw asset where the provider’s terms prohibit transfer, sublicensing, resale or standalone distribution. Checkout-only assets must be acquired by the correct licensee through an authorized flow.

Payments

Zito must display price and provider before a charge. A user or authorized agent must confirm payment. Refunds and disputes remain subject to the provider and payment-network terms.

Evidence packs

An Evidence Pack records submitted transaction and license material. It does not create additional rights. Users must not upload forged, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents.

Suspension

Access may be limited for abuse, fraud, unauthorized redistribution, credential misuse or attempts to bypass provider restrictions.
